No Sig boosts on 5* or 6* dupes

Good morning.
I hope you are well.
When I dupe a 5* or 6* champ, I'm not getting the 20 sig boost. If the champ is maxed, I get the max crystal but for non-maxed champs I get no sigs. I just duped Maestro - 160 sigs. I pulled him again immediately, still 160 sigs. This has been happening for a few weeks but this is the first double dupe I've had for a while so it was clear that the sigs were not being added. Please can you look into this as I need all the sigs I can get. The other dupe rewards appear to be behaving themselves.
