So in STEAM it writes that minimum processor should have 2.90 GHz but my laptop only has 2.10...so is it game over for me? All other requirements checks out.

Try it and find out; only way you're gonna know. But sounds like even if it lets your download it it might be a bit rough.

I remember that there was resolution from 720o up to 4k. I can’t remember if there was resolution for 360 to 420p.

I won’t speak for your computer’s strength, but it never hurt to try.

Processors have a lot of variation in performance and some will have a slower clock speed (GHz number) but multiple cores that each perform at that speed. Unless your laptop is something like 15 years old, it probably has several cores that run at 2.10 GHz and will run the app just fine. You may have to reduce some of the graphics settings depending on the rest of your laptop’s capabilities, but I wouldn’t write off installing it just because you don’t have 2.90 GHz in your system information page.

I think you should just try to download the game and lower the graphic until you find the spot that run good, we can’t really know as we don’t hav your computer.

Your processor clock speed should be the least of your problem

You should try it out anyway

It's the graphics card that is the most important and laptop usually don't have strong graphics card
