Best rune for Venom relic on venom

I just got venom as a 6 star and I've really loved his survivability so far. I have a 3 star venom relic but I don't know which rune I should put. Bleed vulnerability, increase fury+ other buff potency or the klyntar mutation one. Is a 3 star relic even good enough? I'm still learning how to play him so this would help alot.
