Kabam ticket support out of work?

I have submited a certain ticket (about AW) and all I get back is an irrelevant auto-response type message. Anyone experiencing the same issues?!

Seems pretty relevant. They're saying they cant give you details on the report

Should have used the word "general" instead of "irrelevant". I'm just curious, what's the point of sumbitting a detailed ticket and not receiving a corresponding answer to the issue rather than a generic one?! Anyway, guess we'll never know how things work.
