Only 30 FPS in 9.3 Beta !!

I was really excited to try out the 9.3 beta, as this is the first time I’ve been invited to test new content in advance. But when I tried it, it was limited to 30 FPS. After playing at 60 FPS for a while, 30 FPS feels very uncomfortable. hope this will be fixed.
