You might be putting a capital i as a lowercase l because they look very similar. lI

You can also just copy and paste it which is probably easier. Mine worked when I realized there was a capital i there

Nvmd I got it. The website had logged me out and I hadn't refreshed.

Everyone gets an email in their promotions section. It gives you your own code. I’m guessing we all watched a video and that’s why it didn’t work

Yes, it is unique to everyone (don’t share it, or someone will get YOUR rewards instead of you). And yes, it is CASE SENSITIVE.

(I know OP here said they fixed theirs, wasn’t logged in to WebStore).

Sometimes you have to logout of WebStore and log back in (if it was just keeping you logged in for over a day beforehand)

And also, keep in mind upper case “eye”, lower case “el”, and number “one” could all look alike. Same as upper case “oh” and number “zero”. So copy-paste when possible.

And if people didn’t Pre-register before the 12th, their Promo Code email won’t come out until the 19th.

The emailed promo code sent to me for PC registration isn’t working.
I have entered it multiple times in the web store,..tried logging out and back in and still nothing,.,any suggestions of what to do?

Multiple Accounts and multiple emails. Try putting that code into each webstore account you have until it fits.

Make sure you are actually logged into WebStore.
If your login state has just carried over from prior day (or such) sometimes you’re really not still logged in (even though it says you are).

Try logging out from WebStore, and then back in again. Then try the code again.
