Twitch drops still broken.

It says "claim" but the button doesn't work. Is it time for a new platform yet?

@KabamDORK only 3x reunion crystals showed up from the code. Don’t recall the refills and revives, but guessing those are lower than what was mentioned on Twitch too

Thanks, you should be able to claim a second time if you haven't already.

@KabamDORK I think it's intended that the code is supposed to be redeemed twice right? I think it would be best if it was mentioned in the post so everyone knows
I mean, they didn't even make a comment about the code in this very thread - just a comment about the issue and a link to a post with the code buried at the end lol.

I was connected on the Kabam site (kid.kabam.com) but I wasn't appearing as connected on twitch.tv when I opened my account in a browser. I had to disconnect my account on Kabam's site and reconnect it; now it shows as connected in both places.

I think this is the problem, or at least one of them. It seems that accounts were mistakenly disconnected. My account has been connected since the start of Kabam having twitch drops, but then it prompted me to connect my account again this time. I disconnected then reconnected my account, and afterward everything looked good on the Twitch menu. However, it didn't send the items after regardless, so I used the code.

A big key we found in the investigation was for people to make sure their Kabam ID accounts were connected before claiming drops. While this isn't the sole cause, it definitely was a large portion of cases. Unfortunately when things break, there isn't always an easy fix and isn't always something to say immediately to resolve the issues as quickly as I would like. All that said, I want to extend a massive thank you and appreciation for all of the patience and understanding shown through this episode.

Mine shows as connected on both already. Which I thought would be the case as I got one of the drops at the time (3 reunion crystals) but nothing else.

@KabamDORK why does it say April 4th Twitch Drops on the package from the redeem code? Is that also intended or is this some different bundle I’m getting here?

MCOCONPCDROPS is code. Only giving 3 reunion crystals at the moment. And I have to disagree about the accounts not being linked bc I’m linked up in web store account (and that ID) as well as my twitch
