Didn’t receive PC pre Registration Code

So I registered on day 1 from my both accounts and I received code on one of my email but haven’t received any code on alt account email.
Is anyone having same problem?

Same here I registered my main account and my alt account day one. My main account first ( haven’t received code) and my alt that did.

Kabam pinwheel did say in another thread of this if you didnt get it today then tomorrow submit a ticket to support

By chance did you check all your folders like spam/junk because i just had an alliance member who was saying they never got it all day and just now said they got it earlier today but in another folder and they said the emails always come through on their main account

You had to pre register for the pc version to get the rewards no pre register no rewards if you did pre register but did it after may 12th you wont get the rewards tell may 19th

Same here, I have 2 account with same progress level. I got mail for first account and get reward but I can not get second account's mail yet.

I online everyday in store and get free reward for both, and I registered same time for both, but only one get mail.

Always gotta remember timezones. It is currently 5pm on the 18th Kabam time. Nobody is in the office for another 16 hours or so. Kabam things happen on Kabam time, not yours.
