Unable to find the code. Enter a valid code

I got my PC Launch Pre-Registering award code in the email, I typed my code in, I hit that ‘Apply Code’ button, and it says ‘Unable to find the code. Enter a valid code’!
Please I need help! I didn’t miss any letters, caps or numbers. I typed in correctly and I have tried many times.
Please HELP!!!

    I'm sure this won't fix it, but have you tried copying and pasting the code instead of typing it?

    It was never my intention to type it in myself, that’s too much hassle. I tried to copy it in the first place.
    But the content of the email was a big pic file, the code couldn’t be copied. That’s why I typed it in by hand.

    It was never my intention to type it in myself, that’s too much hassle. I tried to copy it in the first place.
    But the content of the email was a big pic file, the code couldn’t be copied. That’s why I typed it in by hand.
    That's weird. Mine let me copy and paste it. I had to copy and paste mine because it had two letters that I didn't know were lower case L or capital i.

    I havnt!!! Have done the same. Copy and paste yet nothing. Says not valid.
