Twitch Drop Question/Curiosity

Hello all,
I watched the stream yesterday and I'm watching the stream today. In my twitch drop inventory it says 80% of 15 minutes for 3 Level Health pots and I've watch over twenty minutes of the stream. I'm confused why I haven't been able to claim it, despite having watched over 15 minutes. Is there something wrong with twitch? I'm attaching a picture to show the percentages. This is odd as last month when I watched I at least was able to click claim and the time updated, but this time it is not going beyond saying I watched 12 minutes.
I'm also adding where I was a couple minutes ago.

Just curious is this an issue you guys are working on? I haven't been able to read much of the forums and not sure from what I read if anyone is experiencing something similar?
