Twitch Drops response incorrect

This post is just to notify Kabam that their reasoning for Twitch drops not 'dropping' is incorrect.

The post refers to not having your account linked or verified however, this is not the case. I have not received the last few Twitch drops (no rewards at all) however, I did receive the twitch drops drops from the very first set. Having checked the settings, my Twitch account is correctly connected and verified and the drops are still not coming through.

Anyway, the point of this post is not to have a go at Kabam, but to say that the reason for the twitch drop failure is not what they have posted and requires further investigation.

    Thought the exact same, my accounts been linked since they first started the drops. Sounds like they just dropped a code and called it a day. They need to look at it again because the reason is most certainly not what they are claiming it is.

    I agree with this 100 percent. We were all able to claim them before with no problems before the clocks changed. They only stopped working after it. For it to fail 3 streams on a row is clearly a problem on kabam side and for them to shift blame on the players is pure laziness.

    The response of "well it worked for me must be a skill issue" is actually insane.
