account problem pc

my account doesnt transfer to my pc basically resets my whole account but on my mobile its all normal.
ive check everything and still wont log me in the login options section and it only shows my google play account no email shows up asking for me to sign into kabam but when try that basically make a fresh account

Does your game account actually have a Kabam ID ?

Or do you only have it setup for logging in via Google Play (or Game Center) ?

If you're trying to just use that same Google email as an email for logging in with PC, if that email is not actually a Kabam ID to your main account, it may be making a new account because the game doesn’t have your email address attached (just Google).

i asked kabam if it is linked with a kabam account it is but when logging into it . it puts me on a new lvl 1 account
