problem with the applicant's stamp

Good morning, approximately 4 days ago I purchased the Applicant's Stamp through the website. The payment was made correctly on the website. The stamp appears active, but when I started the game, I didn't have it. I've done everything, closed and opened the session, uninstalled and reinstalled the game, and NOTHING HAPPENED. HELP!!!
