"The Ordeal" Champs to use after HoF?

Just curious as to whether people's best champions list for "The Ordeal" has changed since the Heart of Fire event. I have yet to complete it and am planning my run and have all HoF champs

If you don’t have serpent, fury will work great for the evade fights. You could also use future antman for mutants. I’d still use onslaught and deathless she hulk, and then pick your last champion after looking through the fights for what you’re missing.

Would I have an easier time to complete the other 5 paths of Epoch? I'm after the Titan nexus for the next pool and the R4 gem would be good also

I used 6* apoc in the gauntlet, no reason he won't work for many of the epoch fights as a 7*

I remember I used Apoc and iBom for some of the Gauntlet back in the day but not sure if they'd be better options than Nefaria Serpent or Onslaught I'm pretty sure those three can do 95% of the Gauntlet alone.

I have Nefaria (R2 unawoken) and Onslaught (R4 Awoken), who else would be a good addition to the team when I dont have serpent as a 7*
