Deciding a Rank 3 Tech

Hey guys, I’m stumped on which tech to r3. I only have 3 r3s so far so this is an important decision. I’ve just been waiting to dupe one of my top 3 options but that hasn’t happened. So I’m wondering who I would most likely get the most use out of unduped. Thanks
