Something’s changed again with it. Intimidate is not working at all and baiting specials is harder again.

Yes, it sucks. An just seems to get worse each month. Everyone thats been playing this game for long enough time can see an notice changes. Its like everything thats been said is ignored, and instead of trying to make things better! They do the exact opposite. Recovery time an reaction time, parry an evade timing, speed of defenders! Its so overtuned an makes fights not fun. Just aggravating. And none of it will change or get better or go back to how it was. It will just get worse. An it is possible! Right now defenders just block mid special or when strikers come in, the shallow evading, slow walk forward an instant attack that makes them jump forward, instant recover an attack, break from stun before timer ends, phase through attacks. Makes game so fun an enjoyable.

AI and bugs? Or skill issues? We’ll never know…

For me it varies. I only verify it as a "yes" when the AI's character model is moving so fast between neutral & block it looks like it's having seizures.

One thing I’ve noticed is the increase in Special Attack Intercepts from the AI.

Whether it’s in Battlegrounds or just General Questing I’ve definitely noticed an increase in it
