Who benefits more from the Hulkbuster relic?

Does Silver Centurion (6*) or Hulkbuster (7*) benefit more from the Hulkbuster relic? I have the relic only at 4 and 5 star but who should I give which? Obviously Hulkbuster is the clear choice but is the diferrence that it will make for Silver Centurion biigger than that?

Full disclosure, I have never used Silver Centurion once. Nor have I ever seen anyone else use him or even talk about him, so HB by default.

Idk why silver centurion isn't 7* yet and I think Kabam have missed the window of his release to make any impact,

He should've been released early when 7* were new so more people had reason to rank him up,
Now 7* tech is busted class with Antman, Jack, Prowler, shocker, Arcade, Bastion etc

Unfortunately scuffed Ironman won't see his days, once again.

My guess is power efficiency from the relic. You can already power steal with his base kit, that will let you fire off more SP2s
