Which 7 star would be better to make rank 2 first? My first insticts are black cat and guilly2099 but is there any character i'm not that aware about? (I left the game for a year and a half and came back recently)

Out of those champs its either juggs or titania

Juggs is a better nuke and questing kind of champion, but Titania is more versatile and has more utility later in the game imo, but in your case Juggs is probably the move.
