May 19th and still no code

I registered multiple times to avoid this situation and still have not received an email. Support is currently not accepting tickets or is looping back to the main menu of support. How do I proceed?

I only got mine yesterday. My other account didn’t get it yet. Not sure if that’s why we were able to get two promo codes this round to make up for the mistake or if that was for twitch drops or both. The looping of tickets is weird though. Are you doing it by in game support? If so try the direct link it always works when the game is glitchy.

Thanks! That worked. I hope they are able to figure out the issue in support and don't just send me the canned spam again!

My understanding is Kabam was trying to get the codes out by May 20. So it is possible there are still codes left to go out in email batches still being queued up.

Go to your email, in the search bar type in Marvel. It probably got auto sent to your spam folder. I didn’t get it either, but I tried that and it popped up.

It is not in my email or any other sub-folder, including spam. Support sent a canned response about being flooded with requests which I assume are related to this issue. Hopefully this wont end with "You did not register." I registered day 1 and pushed for my alliance to register before the 12th. Hopefully they move to a model of a generic code and enabling accounts to use the code instead of unique codes in the future. Frustrated is not the right word, but this is making me realize all the time I am dedicating to a mobile game. This is a bit silly that we have to chase this down ourselves after doing everything correct.
