No PC pre-register email when I signed up after May 12th

I signed up after May 12th and I was supposed to get my email with my code on the 19th but it hasn’t come yet. Has this happened to anyone else and what can I do?

    I just made a post in general I wanted to make a submit request but I'm not sure which category to list it under, since none of the things are similar to this situation

    Even I haven't received it. I signed up for it multiple times just to make sure I registered lol, cuz kabam wasn't sending me any confirmation email that I pre registered. But now I am also not sure what to do now
