Pc rewards 2nd batch

I pre registered for pc was waiting on my email on the 14th nothing yet so decided to wait for the 2nd batch supposed to be sent yesterday 5/19/2025 still nothing came out anyone else having this issue and what can be done I made a support ticket but like usual long wait time for a reply
