PC Pre Registration Scammed

So as many people have pre registered and yet to receive their codes in their email, so have i.
I pre registered on day 1 and even tried to double check if it went through by registering again a second time with the message pop up saying “This account has been registered”. So ok fine i feel safe now.
Till today i have yet to receive any codes. Checked email. Opened a ticket to Kabam and their reply is i did not pre register. Like what? I did it since day 1. What is this scam
