    He has true focus which shuts off his evade, the problem is that cyclops needs max sig to even counter bullseye or else you’re gonna take a lot of chip damage (and probably die)

    Ill use warlock if I don't draft sinister in bgs. Works great if they are running WP and bullseye never throws a special.

    Slow but safe.
