For what purpose? Dorm is #1 for me, the other two could swap depending on the question.

For defense a duped dorm is definitely best.

For attack I think it's pretty much a toss up. Dorm is immune and has absolute power control but does not hit particularly hard (and his best damage comes from heavies which can be problematic is harder game modes). The Hood hits harder and his constant stream of staggers will wreck buff reliant champs. He's also, in my opinion anyway, waaaaay more fun to play than Dorm.
