Um [Not A Bug]

On this one story quest I filled the first special attack but it completely just passed black widow and she killed me but it did no damage to her

No it didn’t say she evaded and from I’ve heard(don’t know if it’s true) there is a “evade cooldown” which she had used evade shortly before I tried to pull the spec.

There is no evade cool down for Black Widow. That is likely what happened.

Hey @ZombieDude1234. The previous comments are correct that Black Widow doesn't have an Evade cooldown. Most likely, she was able to Evade your SP1. Sorry for the confusion!
