Delay between actions on PC

Ive been playing mcoc on PC since they released it, and I keep getting a delay on my actions, its horrible like i cant parry at time or dex too. Am I the only one whos having this ?

    I don't if it's an actual delay. PC's have higher processing power which makes animations smoother and it can change the timing we're used to. I played on PC and noticed too but I also believe it's just getting used to the timing on the PC vs phone since the those inputs are performed differently.
