A few days ago I tried to buy the platinum pass in game and it said error and never gave it to me ( yes I restarted my game and waited). So I went to the summoner market and got it there. A few hours later I see I got charged for both. Your support team is doing nothing as usual. I have screenshots of the charges. What do I need to do to get my money back for one of them?
