Deathless Vision is getting a Tune-up!

Basically they're all considered okay, except DV who will enter the Rebalance pool.

Let's not expect too much; but it's still good news.

Oh, and Isophyne is apparently fine, and doesn't merit a rebalance 🤷‍♂️

Change Deathless Vision so he gets his Phase Furies when the opponent misses (or hits) him while Phased. The way it is now seems more like a misread of the ability text than something intentional.

While Phased, hits grant a +[X]
Fury Passive for 20 seconds. Max stacks: 12.

It wastes the too brief Phase because you're attacking during it.

Anyway, I guess we'll see what comes of this Tune Up when Batch #2 drops in late Summer 2027.

Most likely feb since thats 6 months from august when the first batch drops and they said it would be about every 6 months so with that math you can kind of assume that feb and august will be the caidence for the tune ups/reworks

his power drain/burn thing is too weak and his damage is behind too crazy a curve and for the love of it all .. give him a phase visual update .. having just the icon as the phase indicator is stupid.

That’s why it’s kind of maddening that they already committed two of three spots in the August release to old champs. I’d much rather see them tune up a new champ in a timely fashion than burn a slot on Yondu or MODOK. So in August we get one “new” champ who’s been out (and been terrible) for a year — 9 months in the Titan. And we get a couple of reworked old champs that no one was thinking about. So any new champs released in the coming months won’t see any improvement until 2026 at the earliest.

Phase n Heal block? … lets fix his pillow hands and power control first. If his power control isn’t buffed, he’s still gonna sit on the bench for basically anything that doesn’t call for the whole Deathless team.
