Did you know her down first? She has two different protections.

Must be a weird bug — I used Dazzler and it didn’t work either, so I had to go back in and Dust was able to remove the protection.

I used toad for that fight I just heavied into sp1/2

Dazzler doesn’t start the special with a prowess so it doesn’t remove the protection but dust does if you activate her sandstorm

I used emma frost. I got 3 bars of powers. Parry and Heavied and went into an sp3.

One more issue I found in this week side quest. I am not getting the PD1 and PD2 after completing it...is anyone else facing the same issue...also I amazed every PD2 and PD1 as exploration reward...
I used north star to kill ghost rider...

I used OG storm. I parried and used a heavy attack to remove protection and finally applied a special attack to beat him up

I just checked I used dust on some 5* and 6*. I forgot to count them. Sorry my bad...it is working fine

Use dust. You need to use her heavies for sandstorm anyways.

I used apocalypse but I did mess up 1st go and forgot about the saga champ objective and used bishop. When i just charged to him with apoc I did use sinister syn.

I found Dani Moonstar great for this, as she often is. Her Falter ability is such a nice way to to get openings and play without worrying about Bubble Shield .

However, I'll need to go back in with a Saga champion at some point...

built your prowess.. more prowess the better.. so Storm, Dust, Dani Moonstar, Sauron.. not sure if Sunspot works or not (Ghostrider is incinerate immune).. parry stun, heavy to remove one of the prowess.. and continue hitting sude quest Ghostrider until you are ready to use sp1 or sp2 on him..

Toad also works and as a bonus he also places damaging debuffs on his basic attacks to deal with sorcerer supreme.

needing prowess is pretty common. I've been able to do this on my mini account with a r1 northstar. Its not that restrictive.

I tried going through it without reading nodes.. bad idea, had to repeat from the start after i changed one of the attacker.
My team: America Chavez, Gentle, Sauron.

Node:
defender has two invulnerability that can be deactivated..

Step 1
parry - stun.. heavy to remove first invulnerability

Step 2
play normally to gain prowess, then use sp1 or sp2 (whichever sp that deals more damage).

Defender two invulnerability with refresh.. repeat Step 1 and Step 2.. until opponent hp drops to zero.

Just use her to knock ghost rider down to 2 or 3% then leave the fight and join with a saga mutant champ (I used white mags after), pretty smooth. If you only fight the boss then you even have a buffer for a 3rd champ.
