missing character from my inventory

when this titan pool first came out like 2 months ago I pulled and found 7 star scream but never ranked her up. This morning I was looking for someone to rank up beachside I have overflowing catalysts and scream wasn’t there. I’m 100% sure I’m not tripping, just because I forgot about her for months but today after a video I said “let me rank up her to see if she’s good” and boom disappeared. Have this ever happened to you?(first time happening to me in 8 years of game)

    Did you Filter on just available Rankup champs ?
    And maybe you hadn’t finished (or started) Leveling her up first ?
