idiotic questions for unplugging kabam account

I started playing this game 2016 with a break of 2-3 years and i dont know my credentials for my kabam account anymore. And then the support want to know which date exactly i created my account? With the hint i could check my mails. Cmon who tf achives an email with the successful account creation of a mobile game account?!? For 9 years… That was maybe a good question after 1 or 2 years but after 9 years cmon… and when i ask which of my given information are wrong, i get a generic answer with all the given information. That makes sense… not… i understand that account security is important but thinking for themselves a little bit would also be great…

Of course they aren’t going to tell you which answers you have wrong. That’s like asking which characters you have wrong on your password.
If you expect them to do some “thinking for themselves” then perhaps you can do some for yourself and suggest a way for them to verify you are the account holder that I couldn’t use immediately afterwards to hijack your account away from you. Or, let’s say, wouldn’t let someone else steal the top ten game accounts on the leaderboards.
Your best bet if you are an iPhone user is to look at your iTunes history. Most people don’t realize that purchase history implicitly contains the date you first downloaded every app including free ones, because when you first downloaded a free app iTunes registers this as a zero dollar purchase. So the very first time you downloaded MCOC, your Apple purchase history will say you “purchased” MCOC for zero dollars. I’m not sure if Google purchase history does the same thing, because I don’t play on Android.
As to the rest of the security questions, you’ll just have to try to remember.
I think the fact that you can “log in” with (Apple) Game Center or Google Play suggests to players that they are actually logging in with those accounts. But Kabam isn’t given your Game Center or Google Play information. Instead, a hidden authentication token is created in your account that allows you to access your game account without logging in. That’s what “link to Game Center” means and how you can log in without a Kabam ID. But once again, Kabam isn’t given that information.
If you make a Kabam ID, then they know that name and password and can use that to identify you. That’s why you need that to log into the webstore. But if you don’t create such an ID, they only know you through the game activities you performed in the game, because they have logs of that stuff. They don’t know anything else about you, so none of that information can be used to identify you to them.
