Relics… to Save or Not to Save?

As the title suggests, should I continue to save my relic shards? Or will the eventual new batch use different crystals, so it would be basically pointless to save them? The teaser picture of the relic on the livestream showcased bullseye with a green hue, leading me to think that there will be a new crystal to get these relics.

Any insight or rumors are appreciated.

I have all the relics as 3, 4, and 5 star rarity. So I’ve saving those shards for the day they add more. They may never, but I don’t need more sigs on the relics I have.

I'm saving and hoping and praying for an update. It's kind of discouraging to see the same 4 relic mutant, tech, science, skill, mystic champs in every star level.

They mentioned they will be releasing new relics in the upcoming months and teased a Bullseye relic with green lining instead of blue.

I'm saving everything 5* and below, 6* I don't have them all so figured better to pop those as I get them

In all seriousness, it benefits me little to nothing to open them. So saving for a just in case is worth it. And there won’t be much disappointment because it’s a just in case.

I made this post on the current relic situation, but it didn’t get much traction. Was hoping to get some clarity on what’s in store similar to this but it dove a little deeper into the problem

I have maximum hero Pi and my relics Pi is not enough, so I choose to open relics crystal immediately

Crashed mentioned it before offcial relics 2 acknowledgement in the stream. It was probably 2-3 months ago. Relics 2.0 is going to be whole new design and things associated with them will be new. I have a mild feeling he also made a comment in forums somewhere.

Depends, if you’re in need of a particular relic that’s already in the crystals then keep opening before the pool gets bigger.

If you’ve duped everything already then it might be worth saving to see if you can snag some new ones when they arrive.

Hmmm interesting! I hope they dont make a new resource to collect and just expand upon what we have but you may be right.
