Why is the ESC wording under the Settings symbol ?

Was maybe thinking it is ToolTips turned on ?? To show further explanation about something on screen, but not sure that would be the case here.

I couldn't find any settings to turn off the tooltips. I'm playing the computer version. And I don't have a phone account. Is that related?

It's default for PC, you can't turn it off

After reaching Paragon level, the symbol was removed. I think it's a symbol designed to indicate that new accounts are being reviewed.

This account I opened as a Kabam account must have rejected it at first and then decided to become a Kabam account. According to what you said
