Correct Password not working

i tried to sumbit a request to the support team for an issue with the Carina Challenge "O'canada" and when i try to log in it says password is incorrect which is nonsense because i already log in with that password on kabam store even when i click on "forgot password i dont get an email to change my PW , i encounterd a bug with the game that cost me 60+ revives and iam trying to sumbit a request to fix this issue and i cant . this is absurd , Kabam please do something!

    The login to zendesk/ticketing is a different account and doesn’t use your Kabam game account. You may not have created an account there yet.

    I only see “forgot password” and “sign in”. There isn’t an option when clicking sign in to create an account.
