Possible to acquire veteran title?

9 year account here.. I will hit 10 years in September I believe? Will I automatically get the veteran title or was that exclusive to the event?

    The rule to get the Veteran title was not clear.
    It is not the First in the cosmos title ( = first week of the game, if I am not wrong ).
    Some players got it, some others that started to play in 2014 didn’t get it.
