Rintrah Root Issue with Defender S3

During arena yesterday my 6* R4 Rintrah became stuck in a permanent root after the defender Kingpin launched a special 3. I was indefinitely stuck in the root and the only way I was able to remove the root was to launch a special 1. Is this a known bug in the works of being fixed? I was able to get video of the issue if it’s needed, thanks!
