At the moment I'm working on Mister Sinister. Luke Cage and Captain Marvel (Movie) are next unless there's someone better?

    my personal opinion above, but I have to assume you are asking about 6*r1 due to pushing story content, and being either newer, or several progression levels behind? my picks are based off what would have been AWESOME to clear content for me at that point.
    also, none of these NEED awakening or sigs to do their best work, but if the opportunity comes are worth awakening gems and stones.
