I already did l, but the one who asks for help then questions the advice given. Yes, Nefaria does not have heal block, but he doesn’t need to have it. His signature ability when awakened prevents the defender from regenerating and reverses it thus gaining charges while doing it from the node. And like I already told you he counters thorns when ramped up.

I think what OP is trying to ask is whether or not that should be happening. Attuma cannot have his regen rate reduced. So how is Befaria doing it?

Because attuma’s ability only applies to his base regeneration rate and not to buffs from nodes. I know for a fact Count countered him in past war seasons because alliances would often place him on regen nodes and this was tier 1 wars

Read his kit bro only his base regen rate which is set at 25% instead of the normal 100% can’t be reduced. It is clearly referring to the regen in his base kit not from regeneration from other sources. You must be new to the game if you don’t know that Kabam makes those kinds of distinctions.

How regen works is

Regen Amount × Regen Rate/100 .

For Attuma, Regen Rate cannot fall below 25%. Only the Regen Amount is affected by nodes here. So that's not relevant.

You continue to ignore that his kit specifically states his “base” regen rate this clearly refers to the regen that is a part of his “base” kit. Again Kabam uses this phrasing a lot in various champion descriptions to make the distinction between base abilities or effects vs abilities or effects that come from other sources such as nodes, synergies, etc

What’s Attuma’s base regen? Where does his base regen come from?

Someone can correct me if I'm wrong, but here is my understanding:
All champs have a base regen rate of 100%.
This doesn't do anything on its own, it's just necessary to have a starting number before any changes can be made.
Willpower, despair, nodes, abilities, etc. then get the ball rolling.
But you need to have starting point otherwise there is no "X" in the formula.
