Since it is run by a different company, that wouldn't be a question for Kabam. I'd start with asking Xsolla and go from there.
The shopping cart is still broken. It falls on Kabam as it is their website. I don't have any problem with the company where the payment goes to. How hard is it to freaking fix a bug in the webstore?
Even the Forums eventually log you out, but after a much longer time, like several months ??If it is a financial site (you can purchase stuff from it, or your Bank, etc), it is probably not a good idea to keep you logged in over a period of time.I wonder what the Cookie Expiration time is, if you look at it on your PC ?(on Apple I haven’t been able to see Cookie info, contents/expiration, like I can on PC. Don't know about Android)
