Third (and fourth) r4 choice

My current rank 4s are Kushala (duped) and Future Ant-man (duped). I condensed my choices down to Onslaught (sadly unduped), Mr. Sinister (duped 80), Photon (unduped), Nefaria (unduped), Spider-Ham (duped) and Nick Fury (duped 30). If I had a seven star serpent he would be my choice, sadly I don't. As soon as I finish The Ordeal I'll have enough T7 for another r4 maybe that makes the decision easier... I also have enough titan shards for four titans as well as a titan nexus for when the pool changes. Maybe it is wiser to hold off ranking them up in case I pull Bastion or Galan? What do you guys think?
