Cheater or Straight Shooter in BG

Hi Kabam Inspectors, I wonder these below cases, they're top of Uru 1 but only have around 2mil Total hero ratings? Is it possible?
While others in Top Uru 1 have around 5mil or more

Nah, they're all shown on BG list, no hidden, Kabam team let us see what are allowed.
I only have a suspect that it's unreasonable rank.
Even when they're alt accounts, they don't have enough good champs to finish matches quick enough.

Do you have a list of their matchups to show that they've beaten opponents that they shouldn't have been able to beat? Can you show us the time of their fights that proves they were too "quick" for their accounts?
Baseless and useless speculation. Could be dragging the names of two innocent players names through the mud for what, to show people that you have some exceptional game knowledge that says something shouldn't work the way you think?

Regardless if they're shown on leaderboards, you can't accuse them of cheating while showing their name. You haven't provided any match data to substantiate your claims. You seem them Uru with a low account rating and assume they're cheating.

What's a suitable account rating to not be accused of cheating by you?

First Kabam will never reply on forums with regards to someone's account. You need to report them to support if you want Kabam to check them out.
Second, without proof you can not accuse someone of cheating. I am pretty sure players who have played against them might report them if they are cheating.

It just seems to be an "obvious" suspect to me because Uru 1 is not that easy for 2mil ratings, every players around them are ~5mil-7mil ratings

And nobody can drag anyone to mud if they're clean & fair, just a case to check, if Kabam think of it.

If they go higher, they'll get much more attention, or their tool are just for lower gc etc.

By the way, not accuse anyone here, I just discover some doubted cases, and it can be a way for Kabam to randomly check to keep bg clean&fair beside reporting, if they have time & focus on bg
