Placing and Arranging War defense new 10 node map issues

There is a visual glitch or bug when going in to place and arrange defenders on the new 10 node war map. We have all 10 defenders placed on nodes but when going in to place and arrange them its only showing a handful. This kinda seems like a big deal with season starting tomorrow 28 May 25...

Either

(1) people still only have their defenders “joined” into a group, but have not gone in and actually “PLACED” them onto a node since the new format began.
And if you think by looking at currently running war's defense map, and seeing everyone on nodes, and thinking that means they must have been placed onto the map by their owners. Nope.
Game randomly assigns any “unplaced” defenders onto nodes during matchmaking each war.

When new format began, everyone was REMOVED from nodes (in addition to the game tossing out, randomly, 4 of your 5 defenders, potentially leaving the 1 still left as the one you did NOT want to be left with on defense, but anyways) they are still assigned as defender in that BG, but are NOT on the map for officers to re-arrange yet.

or (2) you just moved Up/Down to next War Tier Map, and so even if people moved their defender onto Map once already this off-season, maybe they didn’t do it for the Up/Down potential Tier Maps (of which you have now moved to for next war).

Basically, EVERYONE (all 30 of you) needed to start from scratch for War Defense when this change was made, just as if you were a brand new alliance doing wars for the first time. (in order for officers to have the normal full control over placement of everyone).
