Which champs should I focus on ranking up?

I’m on Act 6 Chapter 2 Quest 4 and I just want to have a solid roster to get through the quests.

How are you stuck on act 6 with a roster like this?? But you should be careful of biohazard so Iceman and Hercules should be good. Also if you have Juggernaut he counters inverted controls. Ultron will come on clutch as his defense is decent and you want to stay closer or the degen will be so annoying.
