Battlegrounds end of match bug

I was just in a BGs match that was very close between me and my opponent in gamma IV, and as soon as I killed my opponents r4 cheel’ith with my r3 venom. The game goes to a loading screen and I get a pop up on my screen saying “An unknown error has occurred” I was obviously super confused as to what this could possibly mean because it hadn’t said that in any of the other rounds, it then puts me back into the fight w 40 secs left on the timer and cheel’ith is back at 100% health. This was incredibly, incredibly upsetting because had it not been for that screw up on kabams end, I would’ve won the round by 2,000+ pts and ranked up into Gamma 3.

Please KABAM, fix you’re game!!🙏🙏🙏
