Will you be playing AQ, AW, Raids when radiance is added to rewards?

Kabam has said when radiance is introduced that it will be added to other modes like AQ, AW, Raids, we have seen radiance added to battlegrounds first and participation has increased, more players have reached GC

Will you be playing all the modes where there is radiance? Or some of them?

Will do all but ngl , The fomo will be strong given how drastically the radiance scales downward. If you're not in plat 1/masters or top aq alliance you dont really get that many

For far too long many players don't play AQ and AW bcos they feel the rewards are worth it

Now players have no excuse not to play

I have a bunch of lazy valiants in my alliance that doesn't play anything except battlegrounds bcos I made it mandatory

Every amount of radiance counts in the beginning until it becomes outdated again

So they don't play AQ and AW because they don't think it's worth it, but they do play BGs. But they play BGs because it's mandatory. I wonder if you'd have an alliance of people that play AQ and AW if that was mandatory too...

Battlegrounds is different bcos there is 28 days for players to contribute points according to their schedule, there is no excuse not to play over 28 days

Players have their own life, work, family etc

AQ is 24 hours, AW is 48 hours so it's harder for adults to join in sometimes bcos of work etc

Players will play at the beginning and then calculate if the radiance rewards are worth the time and effort for each mode

Technically aw is 28 days as well you dont get the radiance until the season is over aq is a weekly thing raids 1 week every 4 weeks everything adds up in the end

AW is over a 48 hours window, sometimes ppl go on holidays, exams, busy with work etc

In the new war, if you don't play within that 48 hours window, 1 path is not taken, you can't go back to that war even though the AW season is 28 days or whatever, that AW is over after 48 hours

So AQ is within 24 hours, you don't play, it's over after 24 hours, you can't go back to that map

Raids is over 7 days

Yes, BGs is far more flexible than alliance content. There is no denying that. But you said yourself that it seems players do it because it's mandatory. My point is, you'd probably have players that did all three of all three were mandatory. Your experience in players not doing AQ and AW isn't indicative of whether or not they want to play because you've filled your alliance with players that don't want to play it. They're lazy because you've created a lazy environment, which is fine because every once in awhile players need it, but that doesn't mean they're capable of not being lazy if more is required of them to be in the alliance.

That's not 100% true Plat 2-4 still gives you enough for a couple r3s.

@ItsClobberinTime not too worried about t3s tbh, its the t7b im looking at and facepalming as its going to create a massive divide in roster *for even the players that are not big spenders* in Battlegrounds, making each season even more difficult to reach m3 in (they did a terrible job scaling the rewards so quantum and arcane give 60% (or even more) less radiance

As they say, talking is easier than getting things done, it's easy to say that players will behave in a certain way if you made it mandatory

The thing is I spoken to every valiant in my alliance and every single one of them said the rewards aren't worth it and they refuse to play, making it mandatory doesn't change anything, kicking players out of your alliance doesn't change anything, they just move to a chill alliance

Even making battlegrounds mandatory did not yield good results, the alliance failed to score 9 million points until radiance was added to the rewards

It's the rewards that motivate players to play, not whether the alliance leader said it is mandatory or not

You can't force someone to play just bcos you are a leader, they won't play if the reward ain't good and it's either you kick them out or you accept the fact that they aren't going to play

We do AQ, AW, BG and will soon see what the next piece of content is revealed that will include Radiance and go for. Radiance being the biggest currency there should be no reason players should not push to get as much of it as possible

Its not because of radiance. Its becase everyone started in gc and got double points due to new point structure.

Do we know the timeline for radiance to be added in Raids? I know it’s being added in AQ starting 16 june but what about raids? Are we getting radiance in next raid cycle?
