When does it end, does it end today at 2 pm, if so, is there anyway I can pay for it later?Cause I got my approval from my dad today mourning to buy it, but I am in school and it ends at 2:10pm

Technically speaking, rewards go into your stash with a 7 day timer on them. However, I would recommend approaching this as though everything will expire once the event ends. Don't bank on being able to get everything if you don't claim it in time.

Cyclops is in the store for another week.

I am not unsure if they bank on the stash, but I am unsure of they will bank in the stash beyond the duration of the event. Some events work like that, some don't. My suggestion would be that if you can't claim it all before the deadline, then don't buy it. It's hard to trust the timer. Tell your dad to make up his mind sooner than 84 days into an 85 day event next time.

no its weird, I got access to the track so I had 1 hour to claim all my rewards as it says, but it never gave me the claim button. This support guy(he prob does know anything Abt the game), but doesn't realize that the booster also does not work cause I bought 3 things, the pass, 1 week boost, and a valiant daily special. I have 74 plumes rn w/o track and did not get GC last season, which means I got 9/10 plumes from double track. so I would have gotten the rewards at the end of gold track too to finally get me a 7* Phoenix. But I did not.

I'd try another support ticket. Tell them the story like you're telling a 5 year-old. You bought the pass with X time left (maybe include your payment receipt with the time stamp), but the game didn't allow you to claim any of the rewards on the pass. They may either be able to send you a package with all the rewards you should've gotten, or issue a refund, even though they say they don't issue refunds for the issue. If you really bought it with an hour to go, the issue is on them to resolve in some way or another.
If that ticket doesn't work, then try reaching out to the mods here (most realistically Pinwheel) and see if they have any insight.

Well that would be the issue. The pass expired at 11am PST. Can't say I didn't warn you that it could turn out like this. Submit another ticket like I suggested and see what happens, but I think your most realistic shot here is just pushing for a refund and hope you get it.

It's kinda like you bought a ticket in the 6th inning of a baseball game, but then you didn't show up until the teams left. You got yourself access, but what you had access to expired before you used that access.

if you look at the picture I sent up there, it still gave me access to the pass and I claimed all of my gold rewards. It let me access the pass an hour extra. I was in game and had the pass active until 4 pm est. I should have been able to claim my rewards, but they never worked

I did it already, I'm just buying it now cause I bought the dazzler pass and I didn't want to ask my dad for 25 buck again, also I asked him last month and he said he would think Abt it. I asked him last night and he said he would tell me in the mourning, he said yes, I got it at 10 am est. I don't have data and my school does let us use its wifi, so I couldn't claim them.

You’re supposed to get them automatically once you purchase, as long as you’ve done then each day which looks to be the case on his gold track

Didn’t read closely the rest of the comments after you posted the Kabam Response.

But (in case was unclear), you would still have had to COMPLETE a Double Track OBJECTIVE for the day, in order to GET the new day's worth of rewards (and also, which is your problem, any other back rewards that technically weren’t earned yet because you didnt do today's new Daily Double Track Objective).

Which, there was no new Objective today, the Double Track had ended.

If you had NOT yet done yesterday's Objective, prior to the whole Tracks going away, you could have done that last remaining Objective, and then had access to ALL of those rewards in Platinum.

But not in the reverse order (doing all of the Objectives before then purchasing the Platinum track.

But you had already purchased the Plat.Track, and had probably already exhausted your prior (final) day's objective. And were in school at the time anyways. And nothing could have been done about it.

**Except maybe ask for a REFUND of the Plat.Track Purchase. You might at least be able to get that back if you ask for that refund. (was there anything you got immediately upon the purchase of Plat. ?? if not, should be able to ask for refund)

wait what?I did the same exact thing for dazzler and it still worked. And when I came back from school, it gave me an objective to dex 15 times so I did it in duel as it was inside of valiant eq
