Is GC Matchmaking Bugged !!??

I started playing bags with Like 15 days left and managed to get to arcane 3 but after a while I don’t know what happened but I kept getting matched with pay to wins with full rank 3 decks and I mean full rank 3s 🙂. But I did not mind it for a bit but 8-9 times in a row??? Okay even that is possible but I almost didn’t win a single round in most of the fights cause of bad ai interactions if it happened 2-3 times I would have understood but I had such bad ai almost every time many didn’t want to throw special many just wanted to hold block and etc etc. but after my latest match up I am convinced something is wrong with matchmaking and ai.
Cause

How does a gamma 4 get matched with an arcane 4 plus even he had almost rank 3 deck.

Also I didn’t know it was possible but when I used the refill token I managed to get the exact same champs in the exact same order again. I didn’t even know that was possible 😭😅

Also full deck of r3s isn't p2w. Very easily achievable f2p

Oh I forgot to mention full decks with almost all latest fire event champs I am talking rank 4 fantmans nick furies tigra etc etc plus most of the champs were sig 200 🙂

OP, Uru and Gamma are packed with full r3/4 decks now. It’s the added incentive of radiance colliding with the learned behavior of not bothering to play much until that final week.

These are the kind of decks I face now 🙂
And the only times I win is either with absolute clutches
Or with extreme good luck and I mean extreme

All in the same fight btw 🤣 absolute cinema

Firstly yes it’s full of r3 and r4s but u can clearly tell the difference between a f2ps roster and a p2ws roster all I am trying to say is that after the recent fire event that gap has gotten a bit to big. And mind u I have been grinding my 🍑 off for a while and finally managed to get back to arcane.

Do you think you should only be matched based on how much money accounts have spent? You're in the gc my guy, it's the wild west

Truthfully, this is just what should be expected in gladiator circuit. I’m ftp and have two heart of fire champions and the first half of my deck looks like that.

And I was lucky enough to pull immortal abom twice from both my crystals 🙂. But I have come to accept it and overall he’s pretty good.

This thing here I think is bugged(visual bug). If you look at post match screen it will show you that you both started with around the same amount of points before the match. I don’t really rely on this anymore.

Should've stopped when you reached arcane-3,
You knew hard fights are coming yet you still kept gambling and now lost all the progress and fell down the ranks.

In GC, I just stop playing the moment I get my first loss and then try again hours later.

You dropped to gamma from arcane,
Don't force the win.

Ratings are pretty compressed this season. The difference between the top of Gamma 4 and the bottom of Arcane 4 is only 39 rating points. Plus, I’m not sure the leaderboard updates in real time consistently. I had one match earlier in the season where I was 141 and my opponent was 140 but he was showing up in a higher bracket in the match screen. You should check the match history to see what your ratings were at the time, because that’s going to be more accurate.

There is definitely a delay. when I was bouncing around ranks, I would often have my main page show one rank and the match screen show the old one. It can be deceptive.

Full r3 decks are like the the norm now dude. Especially in the gc. Any seasoned valiant player, ftp or not will have at least 30 r3s by now.
