BG alliance rank rewards - remaining the same or converting to radiance?

For future BG seasons, is there a plan to leave BG alliance rank rewards as they are, or will they convert to radiance like gladiator circuit rewards?
When AQ begins offering radiance, does that replace only the rank rewards, or does that payout replace peak milestone rewards too?
