Alliance war season rewards bug

so in alliance war season rewards the alliance that get radiance dont recive shatter token anymore is that a bug??? cuz here it says "Earn Radiance and pick the ones you need! Shards? Jump into the Radiance Store! Radiance will replace everything in the listed Tiers except Titles and Shatter Tokens."

thats next week but why all of a sudden remove the shatter tokens
