Is resonate worth it?

I really like the resonate mastery for a lot of content, especially for champs like void, warlock, photon, red guardian, etc. However, in the last BGs season I felt like I was just barely losing quite a few matches and I wonder if my biggest mistake has been running resonate and giving my opponent that extra willpower healing. Anyone else use resonate in BGs? Does it seem like more of a detriment than a benefit?

It’s a major detriment in most BG situations.

its value is very low now. I wouldnt keep it unless needed.
